Basé sur les flux de Hatha Yoga liens les postures pratiquées dans une classe régulière du Hatha en une séquence de mouvements qui «flux» par le souffle d'une série plus vigoureuse. Pre Natal Yoga/Yoga Pre Natal 
Yoga is a perfect fit for pregnancy.It helps prepare the body for birth and helps you recover afterward.With regular yoga practice, you will strengthen and stretch your muscles, preparing your body for birth. You will also improve postural alignment, helping to prevent backache due to the added weigh. Other physical benefits include better circulation and breathing.
Kids Yoga Journey / Trajet de Yoga pour enfants ( ages 2 to 4 yrs)
Kids Yoga Journey Classes are small in size and include many disciplines including yoga, music, drama and storytelling. Yoga helps to strengthen toddlers' bodies, developing their sense of co-ordination, balance and spatial awareness. These sessions promote exercise as fun and rewarding and enhance physical confidence.

Mom and Baby Yoga (2 months +) / Yoga Mama et bébé (2 mois +)
Mom and Baby Yoga. Connect with your child while enjoying the benefits of yoga. This allows Mom to get her workout in and for baby to be entertained and loved throughout the practice. You will also get out of the house to a non-stressful environment where you will meet other new mothers. The value of this should not be underestimated. Plus, it's never too early to start your kids doing yoga! All levels

Yoga Adventures / Aventures de Yoga (ages 5 to 7 yrs) 
Yoga Adventures .These classes involve lots of fun, action and yoga to promote a positive, non-competitive atmosphere where children interact, imagine and exercise together. The positive atmosphere encourages children to relax and have fun while they develop not only strength, coordination, flexibility and balance, but also body awareness, better focus and concentration, and self confidence. Yoga for Teens /Yoga pour adolescents
Yoga for this age group provides techniques
for redirecting thoughts and calming the nervous
system. It helps develop the teen’s ability
to focus through practical disciplines of breath
and bodywork. It aids to develop self-image,
open them up to their greater qualities of kindness,

Boys Yoga/ Yoga pour Garcons 
Young Athletes. This class teaches the children
how to reduce injuries and improve performance
by building strength, coordination and focus.
Basic yoga poses are practiced to strengthen
the muscles and tendons that are most prone
to injury during athletic activities. Breathing
techniques will be taught to allow for better
oxygen release. This will help tone the nervous
system, improve circulation, promote flexibility

Yoga for the Special Child (all ages)

NEW: We are now offering yoga
to children with special needs. This includes
children who have Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy,
ADD, ADHD, Autism, and many more. The practice
and postures of Yoga are adapted for each child
depending on their individual capabilities.
5KM Running Clinic /5KM Running Clinic 
You train gradually for 6 weeks so that you can run for 30 minutes! This is a learn to run program for beginners that will have you running 4 to 5 Kilometers, (depending on your starting activity level). You will experience the freedom that running brings to your life by accomplishing your goals and feeling healthier! This freedom brings you closer to better health by preventing diseases, obesity, and the freedom to really know yourself and what you want in your life. Running sessions will be followed by some indoor or outdoor streches. Don't forget a small towel and water bottle. Please dress in layers according to the weather. Class fee includes your choice of two free classes offered at the studio or an in studio 30 minute massage by a certified massage therapist.
Pilates/Pilates 
STOTT PILATES incorporates modern exercise principles, including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. For example, some approaches may promote a flat back, whereas STOTT PILATES exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints, placing more emphasis on scapular stabilization. As well, there are more preparatory exercises and modifications to cater to many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to everyday life.
Yoga for Seniors /Yoga pour les aines 
Senior yoga classes are structured so that seniors can safely enjoy yoga stretching exercises, whether it’s using a floor mat, a chair or sitting against a wall for added support depending on the level of fitness. An important component of yoga is learning how to inhale and exhale properly. Breathing techniques are replenishing, warming and cleansing and can help to improve lung capacity and clear congested air passages, a common ailment among older seniors.

Baladi /Baladi 
Few other dance forms meld grace, multiple
synchronous body movements at different tempos,
with flowing and percussive movement. Every
muscle in the body gets a workout.Even if all
you want is a cardio workout, you will be happy
with this class. In this class, you will be
encouraged to have fun, to express yourself,
and to learn differnt movements and learn to
move muscle groups you did not know existed.

This program is designed to be integrated into
a hectic and demanding workday schedule. This
program easily fits into a lunch break, allowing
participants to experience our foundational
practices of concentration, breathing, physical

Zumba for Teens & Adults /Zumba
pour adolescents & adultes
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International
music - dance themes that create a dynamic,
exciting, effective fitness system! The routines
feature aerobic/fitness interval training with
a combination of fast and slow rhythms that
tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the
principles of fitness interval training and
resistance training to maximize caloric output,
fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture
of body sculpting movements with easy to follow
dance steps.
Family Yoga Friday / Yoga en Famille
Vendredi
Family Yoga. Leave your busy schedule behind
to have fun and laugh together as a family.
During the Family Yoga class, you will learn
energetic breathing techniques and postures
to help connect to your family and to yourself.
We will end each class with relaxation which
allows the parent(s) and child/children to relax
together. Family yoga classes are for children
and parent(s) of all abilities.

Yoga Birthday Parties
Our parties are energetic, creative and fun
for kids of all ages! Each party begins with
games and activities that get kids moving and
dancing, along with fun group yoga poses, music,
and the use of yoga props. Kids love to be creative
with the props and express themselves through
movement and play
